Your files

• Your video travels encrypted, straight from your device to private storage. Nobody else can open it.
• Download links are private and stop working 15 minutes after you click them.
• Every upload is checked before we work on it, and each video is handled on its own, separate from everyone else’s.
• The sound we take from your video to read the speech is deleted as soon as the AI is done with it. Your original upload is deleted after the time your plan allows.

Your account

• You sign in with a verified email, Google or Apple, and can add a second step with an authenticator app for extra safety.
• Every action is checked against your account, so no one else can see or open your videos.
• You pay through Stripe. We never see or keep your card details.

The service

• Everything between you and our site is encrypted, and the site blocks the common tricks used to attack web pages.
• Sign-up, uploads and the contact form are protected against bots and spam.
• Our passwords and keys are kept locked away on our servers and changed regularly.
• Our records never contain what is said in your videos, your email or your file names.
• Everything is backed up every night to a separate, secure location.

Reporting a vulnerability

If you believe you have found a security issue, email support@lingvid.ai with enough detail to reproduce it. We acknowledge within two business days, keep you informed, and do not take action against good-faith research that avoids harming other users’ data.
